Our Process
1. Shut off and remove
Water off, old toilet drained, removed and hauled away.
2. Inspect
Check the flange, bolts and the floor around the drain.
3. Set
New wax ring or seal, unit set level and secured without overtightening.
4. Test
Supply reconnected, flushed and checked for leaks and rocking.

- That means a long-running leak. We can cut out and replace the damaged subfloor and flange as part of the job.
